Creating a trade show exhibit is an exciting, creative process, both for us and our clients. Sure it can be stressful and hectic, but seeing the end result somehow makes it all worthwhile.
As fun as that process is, our clients often tell us that the process of selecting an exhibit vendor can be long and arduous, especially if they have to go through an RFP process.
One of our clients was able to avoid the RFP pain and go right to the fun part, working with us to create an ambitious custom exhibit.
Our relationship with Ascom started with the construction of their premier exhibit booth that they showcase each year at the HIMSS show, a show that attracts the highest levels of health care technology. Based on the quality of the work we did for the exhibit, we were then challenged to build out a demonstration room in their new facility in Morrisville, NC. This room was created to replicate a hospital setting and demonstrate how their communication technology integrates in a hospital setting. Clients come to their facility to experience this demonstration firsthand and learn about their products.
Prior to building the Demo Lab, product demonstrations were performed on-site at customer locations. Each demonstration required significant planning and logistics to ship heavy cases of sensitive equipment across North America...
